A St. Cyr-ly yours xoxo class is, as presented in the name, yours. A space to process and just be. A multidimensional space activated by incense, lighting, and crystals. St. Cyr-ly classes begin with meditation, full chakra alignment. Gradually the class spirals into a low impact warm up that exculates in intensity in hopes of releasing energy blockages. Then we dance dance revolution into an experimental dance combination.
