IGNITE TEACHES | Isabella Lown

Isabella's class would start out with them welcoming the dancers into the space. They would then move into a guided warm up starting with isolations and moving into larger movements in a wide second. The class would end the warmup with a core strengthening exercise in order to prepare for the movement you will be doing in the choreography. Before starting the choreography they would lead an improv exercise across the floor. You would use a restriction to guide our improv outside our natural pattern of movement. Isabella would then move into the combination they prepared. The combination would be to the song “Born To Die” by Lana Del Rey. This choreography would combine small artistic details along with larger athletic movements.
