REFUND POLICIES

OPEN CLASSES + WORKSHOPS

Email info@lumedance.com within 24 hrs of class or workshop start time and we will issue you a 50% refund OR a full class credit to use in the future.

 

LIGHT

If your payment plan was charged on the 1st of the month and you email us after the charge went through we will not be able to issue you a refund.

If you email info@lumedance.com 48 hrs prior to the charge to cancel/pause your payment we will issue you a 100% refund.

IGNITE

If your payment plan was charged on the 1st of the month and you email us after the charge went through we will not be able to issue you a refund. If you emailed info@lumedance.com 48 hrs prior to the charge to cancel/pause your payment we will issue you a 100% refund.

 

THE COLLECTIVE & JR. COLLECTIVE

Payment plans are charged on the 1st of the month and COLLECTIVE project date/times are sent out over 2 weeks in advance. If a dancer is unable to attend a project date, they must email assistant@lumedance.com & monika@lumedance.com at least 7 days prior to the project to receive 100% refund & at least 4 days prior to receive 50% refund.

Any notice 3 days prior or less will not be issued a refund.
