Cancellation Policy
Meeting Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking a Meeting: All meetings with the Directors must be scheduled in advance through our official booking platform at www.lumedance.com. Payment for the meeting is required at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If a meeting is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the payment will be forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued. Cancellations Outside 24 Hours: If a meeting is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the payment will not be refunded but will instead be credited to your account on www.lumedance.com for future use. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule a meeting, you must cancel the original appointment and rebook. Cancellations made outside of the 24-hour window will be subject to the credit policy above. By booking a meeting, you agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
